The entire top floor is yours during your stay, while the owner’s apartment on the ground level is typically unoccupied. For groups of 13+ guests, the lower-level suite can be added for an extra fee. Boaters can also reserve our boat slip or lift—just let us know ahead of time if you’re bringing your own vessel.
